Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange any part of your purchase for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of your order being delivered. 

To start a return or exchange please email support@bosscaddi.com with your name and order number. Your item must be shipped back securely to our facility. Any items that are requested to be shipped back and are not returned will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. The refund will be processed within 14 days of approval.

1 year replacement warranty on connecting brackets and connecting bolts only!
